Mentorship & Advisory

Over the past two years, I’ve mentored professionals and founders navigating career decisions, leadership challenges, and moments of uncertainty. This work emerged naturally from conversations with people looking for perspective, clarity, or a way forward rather than formulas or prescriptions.

My mentoring is shaped by experience across education leadership, entrepreneurship, and cultural work. It reflects how I naturally operate: listening carefully, understanding context, and helping people make sense of situations before moving forward.

How I approach mentorship

I bring clear thinking, communication, and practical judgment to conversations, whether that involves unpacking a decision, navigating a difficult dynamic, or pressure-testing an idea.

I draw on a mix of strategic, technical, and interpersonal experience, and I’m comfortable engaging across levels of responsibility and authority. The focus is not on advice for its own sake, but on clarity and progress that actually works.

Scope

Conversations often touch on career direction, leadership perspective, organizational or institutional complexity, and early-stage project or business strategy.
